How to Cancel
Visa bookings may be cancelled by contacting our support team at the designated helpline number-022 31734605.
If you have applied for multiple visas, or visas for multiple persons, then please identify the relevant visa to be cancelled.
This cancellation will be confirmed offline and the refund would be credited back to the account used for booking, after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation charges are levied on per visa, per person basis.
If you cancel your visa application request and the visa has not been applied to the embassy/immigration, then cancellation charges will be deducted as follows:
- Rs. 500 per visa for online Visa (if not processed already)
- Rs. 700 per visa for offline Visa
No Refund in the following cases:
- If visa application request has been submitted to the embassy/immigration.
- If you cancel your visa after our agent has visited you for verification of documents.
- If you cancel your visa after your passport has been submitted to the relevant embassy.
Overstay Clause for UAE
If a passenger overstays beyond the valid period of the visa, he/she shall be solely responsible for paying any penalties imposed by UAE immigration authorities.
Visa Rejection Clause
If a Visa is refused by the immigration/embassy, Crioc Travel will not be liable to pay any refund as the decision to accept or refuse a visa application lies solely with the respective immigration and Crioc Travel does not play any role in the outcome.
Rescheduling & Extra Visits for Document Checking and Collection
- Customers get one (1) free rescheduling for our agent to visit you for physical verification and collection of documents.
- For any subsequent rescheduling a nominal charge of Rs. 500 per visa shall be applicable.
- Our agents will check with you regarding preparedness of all the documents prior to their visit. If after the visit, one or more documents remain incomplete and another visit is required, an additional charge of Rs. 500 shall be applicable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for VFS Global & Outsourcing Agencies
If you have applied for a visa to a country that has outsourced administrative tasks to VFS Global or similar agencies, then their own Refund and Cancellation policy shall apply.
In case of a “No Show” at the visa collection centre, V2F will only assist in rescheduling after the applicant pays the relevant “Rescheduling Fee”. This fee varies by country and location.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 72-96 hours and credited to the original mode of payment.
